Winter Essential Blend

This blend can be  diffused in your home for an uplifting, warming scent. You can find many diffusers on the market I use the young living  diffusers . If you do not have a diffuser you can use it in your Vicks Vaporizer or Humidifier. Also this blend can be used in a water vacum like the Rainbow or Pro Aqua brands. Another hint if you have a regular Vacum put the blend on a tissue and and then vacum it up. It will disparse a lovely scent through out the home.

4 drops of Wintergreen oil
4 drops of Spruce  Oil
2 drops of Tsuga Oil

2 cups Hydrating coconut water
2 Beautifying bunches of parsley
4 Radiant strawberries
1 Humble banana

Put in the vitamix always adding liquid first ;) Enjoy nature's sunshine even when you are in the gray of winter.
