Island - Iceland

Almost a year ago I embarked the best road trip of my life. I set out to due Iceland in solitude, wild camping and driving the ring road by myself. The ring road is the one main road that goes around the entire country. I wouldn't call it a highway by our standards it has two lanes , sometimes dirt or gravel roads up treacherous moutains and many one laned briges along the way. See a clip for yourself .

I pretty much had no plan except when I landed to head straight to the Blue Lagoon to soak and rest in luxury before the camping and silence began. That was aumazing , of course. The next day I grabbed my gear and hit the road. I wanted to make it to Jökulsárlón Lagoon

Holiday Menu

Many of you have asked and so here it is . A healthy vegan holiday menu just for you. For the Holidays I tend to usually pull recipes together from some of my favorites blogs and vegan cookbooks.  Start your day with a early am yoga class and a simple green juice consisting of celery, cucumber and lemon. Remember to drink lots of water through out the day. Offer your food before eating and always sing mantras during preparation. Enjoy and give thanks to all the abundance within you!
