Holiday Menu

Many of you have asked and so here it is . A healthy vegan holiday menu just for you. For the Holidays I tend to usually pull recipes together from some of my favorites blogs and vegan cookbooks.  Start your day with a early am yoga class and a simple green juice consisting of celery, cucumber and lemon. Remember to drink lots of water through out the day. Offer your food before eating and always sing mantras during preparation. Enjoy and give thanks to all the abundance within you!
