My Standby Salad

This is the salad I always tend to fall back on especially if in a time pinch . I also tend to make this for others a lot because they love it so much!


 Today I used butter lettuce because of it's lightness and a little easier for me to digest after doing liquids for the past few days. So any lettuce works then add :
 Dulse not flakes
 handful of Hemp Seeds
 1/2 Avocado or more
 Nutritional Yeast
 Olive Oil & Braggs Liquid Aminos to taste

  2. I love avocados! Mmm, I could eat them everyday! What are and where do you find Dolse not flakes and Liquid Aminos?

    You can find both items at the Syracuse Real food co-op . Dulse is a seaweed high in trace minerals, Calcium,and Iron. Braggs Liquid Aminos I use instead of salt or soy sauce it is complete in the amino acids and tastes great! I typically do eat an avocado somehow every day :)
