Truth
Be impeccable with your word. Don't be afraid. Stand courageously in honesty,dignity,and truth for the well being of all. Say what you mean. Follow through with what you say. Walk your talk. Less is always more. Abide by the Yama and Niyamas. There is no other way. There is no easy way. Yama and Niyama is the way of the pure devout yogi. May we all stand Supreme in Truth. When the heart is wide open then "the truth can set you free."
