Going to check in here for a nice long weekend of Solitude and Silence. There is a silent retreat house close to Syracuse called Chapel House. The minimum is a two night stay but the perfect Yogic getaway or get out of your own way and into the heart. You don't need to run off into a cave just check into the cave of your heart . Time alone in silence and unplugged is of great importance on the journey.
