Seed Cheese

Pumpkin Seed Cheese


2 cups raw Pumpkin seeds
2 bunches of Parsley
1 Tablespoon minced Ginger (optional)
1 Jalapeno minced
1/4 cup Braggs
1/3 cup Olive Oil
1/2 cup fresh Lemon Juice

Soak the pumpkin seeds for at least 15 minutes.Drain the seeds . You may put ingredients in a food processor or use the Vita MIx like we did in class. It should be a creamy consistency.
spread on a romaine leaf or use as a dip for cut up cukes or Zucchini. It will be a beautiful green color.
